Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the hiring requirements and implement recruiting strategies for hiring for leadership roles. As the leadership recruiter, you will be responsible to hire the best talent within the timelines at optimal costs and create an environment which enables successful immersion of new hires with the organization culture and standards of operations. You will be the custodian of the recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and ensuring 100% compliance to the standard operating procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Ensure positions fill with the right talent and as per the measures of success
- Developing and/or identifying innovative, creative and cost-effective approaches for sourcing and selection that generate a pipeline of highly desirable and diverse candidates
- Responsible to manage & attain targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources.
- Implement recruiting brand management and social platforms strategy that will enhance and compliment the recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
- Taking responsibility for all talent acquisition metrics, reporting and the integrity of the data, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of tool for past trends and forecasting.
- Develops and maintain performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking and insight for making program and process improvements.
- Vendor Management - Selection, engagement, delivery management, Cost management and assessment
- Referral Programs/ Consultant contests: Effectively managing employee and vendor engagement to directly impact cost/ TAT of hiring
- Ensure accountability for all external and internal parties involved in the recruiting process for compliance with applicable applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a degree in Human Resources preferably
- Working experience in a reputed national or international company for minimum 11+ years
- Must have worked in an environment having used Automated processes for hiring
Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives
