Job Description

  • Lead digital transformation across an enterprisescale supply chain
  • Shape strategy and drive automation across critical business functions

Job Description

  • Drive the digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain, enhancing process efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead endtoend innovation initiatives, from requirement gathering to implementation, using an agile approach.
  • Govern supply chain processes including problem management, capacity management, and change management.
  • Champion simplification of processes and evaluate new requirements for value delivery and business impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on ERP/SCM enhancements, including design inputs and system utilisation.
  • Address audit observations through systemdriven solutions and ensure process compliance.
  • Support leadership with datadriven insights, strategic analysis, and program management.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team within the COE structure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - COE (SCM) should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain processes with strong exposure to digital transformation.
  • Handson expertise in ERP/SCM deployments such as OTM, WMS, TMS, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Experience in design thinking, navigating change, and leading multifunctional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capability.
  • MBA in Supply Chain or Operations (Tier 1 preferred).
