Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end QA delivery across multiple projects.
  • Drive automation strategy (UI, API, backend) and performance testing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with QA leads and functional teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Utilize tools like Selenium, UFT, and scripting languages (Java, Python).
  • Ensure strong SQL, UNIX, and E2E testing practices.
  • Act as an individual contributor while influencing QA processes across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 years of experience in QA and test architecture.
  • Strong automation testing expertise performance testing exposure is a plus.
  • Full-stack testing experience preferred UI or backend specialization acceptable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
