AVP/ SR Manager For Wealth Management

We are seeking a seasoned AVP/Sr. Manager to join our Wealth Management Company in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, providing tailored financial solutions, and building strong client relationships. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of financial markets and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through various channels to expand the firm's portfolio.
• Financial Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to provide personalized, tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements to offer informed investment advice based on research from our in-house Technical and Fundamental Research Teams.
• Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure high client retention.
• Transaction Execution: Facilitate the buying and selling of securities, either personally (if NISM qualified) or through Certified Dealers, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in wealth management or a related financial services role.
• Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• NISM qualification is an advantage.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: 1830 LPA
• Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
