Responsibilities
· Lead and provide oversight for all management and administrative functions for smooth delivery of
Rane Business Services (dedicated wing supporting Rane Group companies with respect to) various
operations across service lines)
· Define and manage Service Levels Agreements as well as associated governance and project
management
· Responsible for management of all SSC related contract and vendor relationship
· Ensure effective interlock with key business leaders and continuously update them on SSC Operations
· Implement Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements; Monitor and report
service quality
· Proven record in Managing / Implementation of Shared services
Desired Educational and Experience Profile:
· Desired Candidate Profile
o 15+ years of total experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP HANA, Accounting knowledge of
all segments with financial controls and compliance standards
o Exposure to IT Applications Workflow solutions, Microsoft, Visio, Project Management systems
o Proven track record of successfully managing interfaces to other functions
o Recognized expertise in cross-functional process development
o Strong track record of innovation, creativity, problem solving & productivity in projects
o Strong leadership skills
o Excellent communication, presentation skills
o Strong customer orientation
