What you'll own:
SEO strategy across enterprise & global accounts, with a strong US focus
Building capabilities around AI Search, AEO & GEO
SEO-led content strategy tied directly to business impact
Client leadership — QBRs, growth roadmaps, strategic advisory
Leading, mentoring & scaling a high-performing SEO org
Commercial ownership of the SEO function's performance
What we're looking for:
10–15 years across SEO, Organic Growth & Content Marketing
Agency background - hands-on experience with US/international enterprise clients
Proven leadership of large, multi-level teams
Strong grip on Technical SEO, Content Strategy & Search Analytics
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution
