Job Description

  • Strategic Sales & Admissions Leadership
    • Develop and execute a scalable sales and admissions strategy aligned with organisational growth and revenue objectives.
    • Drive enrolment growth across domestic and international markets through structured acquisition and conversion initiatives.
    • Define admissions KPIs, revenue targets, funnel benchmarks, and performance review mechanisms.
    • Build predictable and sustainable admissions pipelines while improving revenue visibility and forecasting accuracy.
    • Partner with leadership to identify new growth opportunities, market expansion strategies, and admissions optimisation initiatives.
  • Admissions Funnel & Conversion Excellence
    • Lead end-to-end learner admissions lifecycle from enquiry management to enrolment closure.
    • Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion rates through structured counselling frameworks and consultative sales practices.
    • Monitor pipeline health, ageing, follow-ups, and admissions turnaround times.
    • Institutionalise structured parent engagement and relationship management practices to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
    • Strengthen inquiry handling, counselling quality, objection management, and enrolment experience across teams.
  • Sales Operations & Process Optimisation
    • Design and implement scalable sales and admissions processes with strong operational discipline.
    • Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process compliance across teams.
    • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for admissions performance, productivity, forecasting, and revenue analytics.
    • Leverage automation tools, AI-enabled platforms, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on admissions productivity and customer experience.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Lead and scale high-performing sales, admissions, and counselling teams across functions and geographies.
    • Manage team structures, workforce planning, productivity tracking, and performance management frameworks.
    • Build strong second-line leadership and succession pipelines.
    • Conduct regular coaching, reviews, calibration sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, learner-centricity, and performance excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Marketing teams to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and acquisition efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Academic, Operations, Finance, Product, and Student Success teams to ensure seamless admissions and onboarding experiences.
    • Provide structured market intelligence and parent feedback to support product positioning and service enhancement.
    • Work with leadership teams on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business expansion priorities.
