Job Description

  • Accountable to develop and implement comprehensive release strategies specific to Asset Management Technology & Change.
  • Accountable for scheduling of release activities, ensuring efficient platform transitions.
  • Accountable for optimising and innovating release processes to comply with organisational standards.
  • Accountable for facilitating interdepartmental collaboration for effective release execution.
  • Accountable to manage the technology change pipeline within Asset Management Technology.
  • Accountable for delivering regular, high-quality releases following Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Accountable for driving transformative initiatives for safer and frequent change delivery.
  • Accountable to ensure IT environments (like Test, Dev, Pre-prod and Prod) are properly managed, governed, and coordinated so they are fit for purpose.
  • Responsible for providing support for development and production issues, including performance problems.
  • Responsible for ensuring environments meet all relevant requirements, which could include maintaining metrics for configurations, licensing, and inventory.
  • Responsible for engaging portfolios leads proactively, ensuring alignment through all lifecycle stages.
  • Responsible for collaborating with portfolio leads and teams for continuous and strategic release planning.
  • Responsible for conducting release retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for administering logistic suite development using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
