Job Role - AVP & Regional Manager - Motor Dealership

Responsibilities
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment, training and development of partners & for closure of business pendency or outstanding.
- Support execution of geographic-specific growth plans for the organization.
- Drive business for motor product (OEM & Non-OEM) along with Maintaining the right product mix.
- Ability to lead and mentor a winning team and create second inline.
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of dealer partners.
- Cascading and monitoring the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
- Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved.
- Maintain New: Old Mix.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with the U/W, Claims and other functions independently.
- Develop new partners and expand business with existing and new partner and ensure a high level of partners relationship management.
- Ownership of P&L.
- Market Study & Intelligence Gathering.
