Responsibilities:
- Work closely with middle management team of Partners for day-to-day business-related activities like scheduling big day drives, RnR programmes, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds etc.
- Identify and nurture talents within the team and prepare them for career progression.
- Responsible for meeting Sales, Revenue, and Product-wise targets of the designated state, ensuring profitable growth.
- Account management including Sales and Financial reconciliation, liaising with PLM team for timely payout settlement of partners headquartered in the designated state.
- Extensive travel across allocated geography, meeting partners and customers as per pre-approved travel plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and pass leads to Business Development team.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
