Join our dynamic corporate banking technology team as a Regional Delivery Manager. This role invites individuals with a unique blend of technological proficiency and deep expertise in software delivery. As a key player, you will be accountable for successfully delivering the regional projects. The role involves coordination of the day-to-day activities, support on the prioritization of the requirements/backlog, as well as support on the strategic planning over the project lifetime. The role plays a pivotal role in the timely implementation and success of any regional projects.
Responsibility:
- Work in close collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders across APAC to ensure appropriate definition of project goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Day-to-day coordination on progress, prioritization, and problem-solving with delivery teams.
- Support the process of documenting business requirements/user stories from stakeholders.
- Support alignment meetings e.g. stand-ups, POC showcases, SteerCo, Working Groups, etc.
- Create detailed project plans and deliver against them.
- Oversee and control the delivery of project activity.
- Identify, assess, and appropriately mitigate risk to project delivery.
- Build, track, maintain, and report on project budgets and forecasts.
- Manage external vendors and platform providers.
Requirements:
- Min 10 years work experience in successful delivery of complex technology projects end-to-end.
- Experience in software delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of SDLC.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of recent technologies, including Cloud, APIs. Knowledge in business intelligence tools and AI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Advanced and effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High degree of self-motivation.
