Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle project financing and appraisals, including evaluation of proposals and structuring of
  
  

transactions.

• Oversee loan documentation, disbursement, and project monitoring to ensure compliance and
  
  

timely execution.

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements to assess project and client viability.
• Engage in promoter meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure effective relationship
  
  

management and risk control.

• Identify early warning signals in the loan portfolio to mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure regular portfolio reviews, follow-up, and recovery of outstanding loans.
