Job Summary
The AVP Programs is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic
programsfrom launching new loan products under MSME segment to implementing advanced
Loan Management Systems (LMS) and AI-driven credit underwriting models.Key
Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Delivery
- Product Launches: Lead the rollout of new financial products, ensuring seamless
integration between Sales, Credit, Operations, and IT.
- Digital Transformation: Oversee the migration to cloud-based lending platforms,
automated KYC/e-Sign integrations, and API-based partner ecosystems.
- Partnership Management: Manage Co-lending or Lending-as-a-Service programs with
FinTechs and Banks, focusing on technical integration and commercial viability.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between the C-suite (CEO/CFO), Product
Owners, and the Ground Sales/Operations teams.
- Governance & Regulatory Compliance
- RBI Mandates: Ensure all programs comply with evolving RBI guidelines (e.g., Digital
Lending Guidelines, Data Privacy, and Fair Practices Code).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and escalate risks related to portfolio quality (NPA management,
EWS)
- Audit Readiness: Maintain rigorous documentation for internal and external audits.
- Operational Excellence & Data
- Efficiency Metrics: Track and optimize TAT (Turnaround Time) for loan processing and
disbursals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use MIS and dashboards to monitor program health, ROI, and
customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party technology vendors (LMS/LOS
providers, credit bureaus, and payment gateways).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA from a premier institute or a Professional Degree (CA/CFA/PMP).
- Experience: 812 years in Financial Services, with at least 4 years specifically in
Program/Project Management or Digital Banking.
