The role:

As an AVP - Product (B2C), you will define and execute the product strategy across Snapmint's B2C platforms, advocate for end consumers, and lead a team of product managers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Envision and evolve Snapmint consumer product strategy
• Evolve Snapmint as a trusted and honest replacement of Credit Cards/ EMI cards for GenZ consumers
• Scope: Snapmint's Android, iOS, and web platforms; Own user onboarding, retention, marketplace, ads, loyalty and other growth charters
• Champion the end-user experience through research, analytics, and insights
• Build, Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, operations, and support for seamless execution
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap to balance short-term wins and long-term growth
• Communicate product vision to leadership and external stakeholders to align priorities.

Qualifications

• B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA
• Proven experience leading B2C app products with at least 5 Cr downloads in India
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
• Data-driven, strategic thinker with B2C market insights
• Ability to scale products and drive product-led growth
