AVP - Product Development Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end product engineering efforts across multiple teams or platforms.
• Drive the product development roadmap in collaboration with product management and business leaders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering managers, leads, and developers.
• Define and enforce best practices in software architecture, code quality, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
• Oversee system design, technology selection, and architectural decisions for major product initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance metrics for engineering teams.
• Ensure timely and quality product releases through effective sprint planning and review cycles.
• Collaborate with QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and high availability of releases.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to guide long-term product strategy.
• Foster a high-performance, innovation-driven engineering culture.
