AVP Pre-Sales– Insurance Consulting -12+ Years – PAN India

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in solution consulting, proposal development, and business analysis within the insurance or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of P&C insurance, General Insurance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Location: Multiple (India/Global)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and capability presentations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Marketing teams to define deal strategy and solution alignment.

• Conduct research on client organizations, competitors, industry trends, and insurance technologies to support deal shaping.

• Participate in client calls, workshops, and requirement-gathering discussions to support solution creation.

• Anchor and coordinate client visits across multiple global locations.

• Lead the initial deal qualification process and document key inputs for internal stakeholders.

• Build and maintain reusable content libraries including case studies, solution frameworks, and pricing components.

• Support industry analyst research initiatives and collaborate on RFI submissions.

• Manage communication across cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all presales assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, consulting, or solutioning roles.

• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C), general insurance is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals and value propositions.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio; familiarity with tools like Miro or Canva is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure information and create solution-oriented outputs.

• Experience with technology-enabled services, digital transformation, or InsurTech solutions is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple pursuits simultaneously.
