Job Description:

• Acquire new customers /HNI / Family office / Corporate Clients / AIF – PMS
• Build broking commissions and simultaneously build client assets under management (AUM)
• Maintain contacts with HNI and to keep them up date with market information, to ensure better relationship
• Cross-sell Commodities broking, PMS, Insurance & MF in partnership with Financial Advisor of PWM unit
• Ensure client portfolios are regularly maintained to guide clients on their positions
• Ensure customer calling (outbound) is actively done to share ideas, research views & technical views to build volumes
• Ensure all CAT A customers are met once a fortnight and CAT B once a month and CAT C once a quarter
• Participate in the research/analyst meetings to gain fundamental knowledge and data points
• Ensure the customer base is widened to have lesser dependencies on few customers

• Build diversified client base (Cash, F&O, Futures)
• Build Client AUMs
• Revenue Parameters
• Min – 3 x CTC
• Incentive starts once the revenue crosses 3 x CTC
