WHAT WOULD YOU DO

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing environment, building processes from scratch and connecting business growth with supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning, including forecasting, material planning, inventory management and monthly S&OP.
• Own RM/PM procurement strategy, vendor development, negotiations and cost optimization.
• Drive supplier performance across OTIF, quality, lead time and commercial terms.
• Build inventory and working capital discipline across RM, PM and finished goods.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, NPD and co-manufacturers to align demand, supply and production.
• Build procurement and planning SOPs, dashboards and governance processes.
• Lead digitization initiatives, including future ERP and planning-system implementation.
• Drive cost and margin improvement through sourcing strategies, value engineering and better material planning.
• Lead and develop the young talent reporting to you for planning and procurement.

What We're Looking For

• 10–18 years of experience, with at least 10 years in relevant Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, S&OP or related functions.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, D2C, Consumer Products or Manufacturing.
• Strong experience across Demand and Supply Planning along with RM/PM Procurement.
• Proven track record in cost savings, vendor management and inventory optimization.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, forecasting, material planning and supply chain KPIs.
• Experience working in a startup, scale-up or transformation environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP, planning or procurement systems.
