About the Role

Performance Consultant plays a critical role by diagnosing business performance gaps in discussions with CxOs and creating transformational solutions using KSPL proprietary frameworks. This role blends expertise in business consulting, talent management, and organizational development with strong executive presence and stakeholder management to uncover performance enablers . The consultant partners closely with the likes of COO/CIO/CTO/CDO to translate strategic business priorities into specific performance enablers helping clients shift mindsets, build critical capabilities, and enhance performance at individual, team, and organizational levels.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Reporting: Chief Client Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consulting & Solution Design

  • Build and extend relationships with CxOs across sectors in India positioning KSPL as a preferred partner for addressing business performance challenges.
  • Engage with stakeholders at the CxO level to diagnose organizational and business scenarios/strategies, uncover performance enablers, and impress clients with KSPLs capability in activating these enablers.
  • Conduct deep executive level discussions to identify and define performance needs comprehensively.
  • Use performance consulting to seek and uncover business performance challenges from senior stakeholders. Use these insights to create custom solutions and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions across leadership, culture, and digital transformation along with proper talent management, and change enablement strategies.
  • Present recommendations and solution designs with clarity, influence, and strong business alignment.

2. Facilitation & Delivery Excellence

  • Deliver high-impact workshops, masterclasses, assessments, and coaching conversations for CxOs.
  • Facilitate immersive learning experiences incorporating storytelling, simulations, digital learning, and experiential tools.
  • Guide leaders and teams in applying concepts to real-world challenges to ensure behaviour transfer and performance improvement.

3. Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and business heads.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, product teams, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

4. Performance Measurement & Impact Analytics

  • Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks aligned to client business outcomes.
  • Track adoption, behavioural change, and performance indicators through qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help clients maximise ROI and sustain capability development.

5. Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay current with trends in leadership development, behavioural science, talent management, and organizational psychology.
  • Contribute to internal IP development, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Lead conversations on future-forward capabilities such as digital leadership, transformation readiness, and culture building.

Required Competencies:

15+ years of experience in business consulting roles currently operating at senior levels engaging with CxOs.

Strong experience in diagnosing business performance challen./olges and designing strategic solutions.

Ability to apply systems thinking to understand organizational contexts and create holistic solutions.

Expertise in learning science, behavioural change, and/or organizational development principles.

Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and partnering with senior client stakeholders.

Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.

Ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to clients through structured thinking.

Strong facilitation and coaching experience (certifications are a plus).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments.
