Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) insurance placements across Property, Marine, and Specialty lines within the General Insurance broking domain. The role involves managing insurer relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective placement of complex risks while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Non-EB insurance placements across Property, Marine, and Specialty lines.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate optimal terms for clients.
- Structure placement strategies for complex risks and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to sales and client servicing teams on Non-EB products.
- Monitor market trends, underwriting practices, and insurer appetite to strengthen placement outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in broking or underwriting.
- Strong expertise in Non-EB placements and insurer negotiations.
- Sound understanding of Property, Marine, and Specialty insurance lines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex placements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: ₹12–14 LPA + Performance Incentives
