Job Title: AVP – SEO, Organic Growth & Content Marketing (Global Accounts)

Location: Gurugram, Sector 44 ( Onsite)

About the Role

AdLift is hiring a strategic and results-driven AVP – SEO & Organic Growth to lead global search and content mandates, with a strong focus on US-based clients. This role will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, organic traffic growth, content marketing, and revenue impact, working closely with enterprise clients and internal leadership.

If you have scaled organic growth, led large SEO teams, and driven measurable ROI through search and content, this is a high-impact leadership role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Leadership

  • Own and drive global SEO strategy (US market focus) across enterprise and high-growth accounts
  • Lead all aspects of SEO: Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Local SEO
  • Deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions
  • Drive AI-led SEO, search intent mapping, and algorithm update readiness (Google Core Updates, EEAT, Helpful Content)
  • Optimize performance across Google Search, Bing, and emerging search ecosystems

Content Marketing & SEO Content Strategy

  • Lead SEO-driven content marketing strategy including blogs, landing pages, thought leadership, and topical authority building
  • Build scalable content frameworks, keyword clusters, and pillar-cluster models
  • Ensure content aligns with user intent, SERP features, and conversion goals
  • Drive content performance metrics: engagement, dwell time, lead generation, and ROI

Client Strategy & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise/global clients (US focus)
  • Lead client presentations, QBRs, and growth roadmaps
  • Drive client retention, upselling, and account expansion
  • Collaborate with sales, performance marketing, analytics, and creative teams

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of SEO Managers, Content Strategists, and Analysts
  • Build strong capabilities in technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making
  • Drive team KPIs, performance reviews, and skill development programs

Business Impact & Revenue Ownership

  • Own organic growth revenue targets and profitability metrics
  • Identify opportunities for new business pitches, SEO audits, and growth consulting
  • Ensure alignment between SEO performance and business outcomes (leads, revenue, pipeline)

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, and Content Marketing
  • Proven track record in managing international (US) clients and large-scale SEO programs
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO audits, content strategy, and search performance analytics
  • Experience working in digital marketing agencies / performance marketing setups
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through organic channels
  • Strong leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams
