Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition in the renewable energy space.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns tailored to promote renewable energy solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP Marketing should have:

  • Atleast 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications domain in the renewable energy or power space.
  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the renewable energy or energy and natural resources industries.
  • Strong understanding of external and internal communication, social media marketing, employer branding and PR
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team management skills
