Hiring started for the India's Largest Bank in government sector.
Position : AVP (Manpower Planning & Recruitment).
Educational Qualification
(As on 31.12.2025)
Mandatory: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC.
Preferred Certification: (Valid as on date of interview)
HR Analytics or
SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
Post-Qualification Experience

Essential Experience: Minimum 8 Years of post basic qualification experience in Human Resources.
Preferably in IT industry or IT Department / Vertical in the BFSI Sector.
Experience Certificate/ Any other Document evidencing the relevant / essential experience needs to be submitted by the applicant. Documents (s) submitted by the candidate will be considered on merit at the sole discretion of the Bank and Bank's decision shall be final.
(Training & Teaching experience will not be counted for eligibility).
Job Profile

Implementation of HR best practices in Manpower Planning, recruitment and onboarding processes
Preparation of Job Descriptions for recruitment in interaction with the user departments
Provide end-to-end support required for recruitment for different user departments / verticals in liaison with CC-HR.
Provide support for recruitment process in conducting interviews, GDs, salary negotiations and onboarding.
Identification and hiring services for talent hunt companies as and when required.
Skills gap analysis, build capacities, identifying niche areas in emerging technologies like AI / ML etc.
Assist in Manpower Planning & HR Analytics
Building robust practices in recruitment process and onboarding process.
Prepare Succession Planning for higher positions.
Oversee life cycle of the employees.
Monitor resource utilization and implement effective productivity tools and matrix
Drive automation and digitization initiatives in workforce planning process.

SPECIFIC SKILLS
Skills preferred: Experience in the areas of
Skill Gap Assessment, Manpower Planning Exercise, conducting recruitment exercises, sourcing of applications, interaction with head-hunters, agencies, conducting of GDs & interviews, salary negotiation and onboarding.
Succession planning of key resources in an organization.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Managing HR function of a large sized IT company.
Building and adopting best HR practices in recruitment and onboarding.
Annual CTC Range : Upto Rs 45 Lacs
( Annual CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay & Variable pay in 80:20 ratio. Annual CTC is negotiable and will depend upon experience & current emoluments of candidates in the present employment & place of posting.)
