Job Description:

Constructively provide legal support to the Business teams in devising new products, processes, business requirement documents, functional specification documents and also revisiting existing processes for various products like:

Micro Banking

TPP

Branch Banking

Gold Loan

TASC

Discuss, draft and standardize documents for the products.

Suggest legal solutions to business for offering banking products through digitized channels.

Scrutinize and approve all legal documents.

Advise the HOD on potential legal risks related to the business of the Bank and assist in placing mitigants.

Qualification - Law graduate with 8-10 years of experience in BFSI segment.
