AVP Legal

• Global Deal Making: Lead, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across the US, Europe, and Middle East.
• Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Advise on global tech regulations, including EU AI Law and GDPR.
• Strategic Risk Management: Partner with senior business leadership to identify, mitigate, and manage legal risks for new tech initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing internal legal team to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree with 15–18+ years of corporate legal experience in global IT/Technology or consulting firms.
• Deep knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing teams and high-value international contracts.
• Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.
