Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of M&A, equity financing, and other strategic advisory services within the sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's presence and services in targeted sectors.
- Oversee the creation of financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to cross-sell services and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and advisory services.
