Strategic HR Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Drive org design, capability building, and workforce planning.

Performance & Talent Management

Lead performance cycles, talent reviews, and capability programs.

Identify and develop high-potential talent, enabling internal mobility and succession pipelines.

Culture & Engagement

Strengthen a culture grounded in hustle, ownership, empathy, and adaptability

Build engagement frameworks, recognition programs, and feedback loops.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Resolve employee grievances with fairness, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Oversee HR operations, compliance, and policy governance.

Change Management & Scale-Up Enablement

Support rapid expansion through process improvement and organizational change initiatives.

Build and streamline HR systems suited for a high-growth environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP - HR should have:

4-8 years of experience in HRBP roles/TA+HRBP roles.Mandatory: Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.Should have extensively experience in Talent AcquisitionStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills.Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.Data-driven decision-making capability with a high degree of ownership.
