Location: EGMORE, CHENNAI (CHENNAI CANDIDATES ONLY)

Experience: 25+ Years

CTC: 30–40 LPA (Approx.)

We are looking for a seasoned HR Leader – AVP Level to drive group-wide HR strategy, organizational culture, and HR transformation across multiple companies within a business group.

Key Requirements:

25+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the ITES industry.
Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple group companies.
Expertise in developing and implementing standardized HR policies, processes, and organizational practices.
Strong experience in building a unified organizational culture across businesses.
Tech-savvy professional with exposure to modern Performance Management Systems (PMS), Learning & Development, and digital HR tools.
Strong expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior experience reporting to the Board or working closely with Board-level stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate: A strategic HR leader with the ability to drive people transformation, standardize HR practices, leverage technology, and build a high-performance culture across group companies.
