About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President – Global Rewards & Analytics to lead the design, implementation, and governance of global compensation, rewards, and workforce analytics programs across multiple geographies. This strategic leadership role will partner closely with senior business leaders and HR teams to develop competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Global Compensation & Benefits, Executive Compensation, Job Architecture, Pay Equity, Workforce Analytics, and Rewards Governance, along with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and governance of global compensation and rewards programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries.
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks, job architecture, grading structures, and career progression models.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for executive compensation, sales incentive plans, retention programs, and equity-based rewards (ESOPs).
- Drive pay equity assessments and compensation governance initiatives to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant pay practices.
- Develop executive dashboards and workforce analytics to provide insights on compensation, productivity, attrition, workforce trends, and talent risks.
- Support organizational transformation, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic workforce planning through rewards and analytics expertise.
- Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement the global compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy.
- Lead the global benefits framework in collaboration with regional HR teams across multiple geographies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Global Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards.
- Experience with Executive Compensation, ESOPs, Sales Incentives, and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs.
- Strong knowledge of Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, Grading Structures, Market Pricing, and Salary Benchmarking.
- Experience conducting Pay Equity Analysis and implementing Rewards Governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Workforce Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Compensation Cost Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing global rewards programs across multiple countries.
