Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive corporate sales in general insurance by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and delivering customized insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for general insurance products
- Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Build relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and decision-makers
- Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and policy closure
- Ensure client retention and renewal business
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in corporate sales (General Insurance/Broking)
- Strong client handling and business development skills
- Good knowledge of insurance products and risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
