Job Description
Join the BFSI as an AVP for Facility Management, overseeing all aspects of building safety, maintenance, and staff supervision. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing contractors, planning refurbishments, and maintaining facilities to the highest standards.
Responsibility
- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.,Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.,Organize and plan refurbishments.,Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors.,Handle AMC contracts and ensure compliance with building maintenance protocols.,Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members.,Run routine maintenance inspections and monitor building conservation.,Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes.,Support procurement and handle event management.,Manage vendor relationships effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
