Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Associate Vice President of EdTech (B2B) at FACE Prep, located in Coimbatore. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing the sales and account management processes, refining sales operations, and developing impactful strategies to capture market opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing business development initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the success of organizational growth objectives within the education technology sector.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Business Development and driving growth strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective negotiations and team collaboration
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, develop plans, and execute them efficiently
• Experience in the EdTech or education sector will be an added advantage
• Should own car & license
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Willing to travel extensively across rest of TN
