We are looking for a seasoned digital leader to drive end-to-end digital strategy, media transformation, and performance excellence across brands and markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with operational rigor, business acumen, and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems from media and technology to data and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead digital strategy development across media, content, and data-driven marketing.
- Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned to business and brand objectives.
- Partner with client and internal leadership teams to embed digital-first thinking across the organization.
Media and Performance Excellence
- Oversee integrated digital media planning and performance Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, and CRM.
- Ensure data-led decision-making with measurable impact across upper, mid, and lower funnel KPIs.
- Drive innovation through emerging platforms (e.g., retail media, influencer marketing, automation tools, AI-led measurement).
Data, Tech & Measurement
- Champion the adoption of martech, analytics, and measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, MTA, Incrementality).
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, governance models, and automation processes.
- Oversee audience strategy, CDP/CRM design, and performance optimization using data insights.
Business & Operational Leadership
- Manage digital business growth, client satisfaction, and profitability metrics.
- Lead a team of digital specialists and foster cross-functional collaboration between strategy, media, and analytics teams.
- Partner with regional/global teams to ensure process standardization, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Thought Leadership
- Represent the digital practice in key client forums and industry events.
- Inspire innovation, upskilling, and new capabilities within the digital teams.
- Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities across the region.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead a large, multi-disciplinary digital team within a COE setup (spanning Media, Search, Social, Programmatic, Ad Ops, Data, and Reporting).
- Mentor and upskill senior managers and leads, building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Partner with HR and talent teams to drive recruitment, career growth, and retention plans across digital disciplines.
- Ensure clear success metrics and growth pathways for each FTE based on business and client evolution.
COE-Based Operational Excellence
- Oversee COE operations including FTE allocation, forecasting, utilization, and scalability models.
- Develop governance frameworks and standard operating processes to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand FTE footprint through new service lines and efficiency-led automation.
- Partner with finance, HR, and client leadership to ensure operational and commercial alignment.
