Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM professional to manage and enhance customer relationships for our commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves end-to-end client engagement, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions from post-sales to possession, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams for smooth execution of commitments.
- Manage documentation, payment schedules, and compliance in coordination with finance and legal teams.
- Oversee the handover process including key handover, documentation, and after-sales services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, agreements, and transactions.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage customer lifecycle, track interactions, and generate reports.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ year's CRM experience in real estate.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Core Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
