AVP, Corporate Strategy - Premier Insurer

Our client is a premier insurer with an established presence across Asia. It is seeking to hire an AVP, Corporate Strategy based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will support the development and execution of regional strategic priorities by working closely with business units and cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation. This includes coordinating annual strategic and financial planning processes, monitoring business performance against targets and providing insights on key drivers, market trends and growth opportunities. You will also facilitate collaboration across markets and functions to drive group synergies, support governance matters including board and committee processes and contribute to the execution of regional and global strategic initiatives through business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• You possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, business performance management, financial analysis or a related function.
• Prior experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous, with an understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory considerations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret business performance, financial results and key commercial drivers.
• Good understanding of sales, product, customer and financial metrics across business units.
• Proven ability to support strategic planning, performance tracking and cross-functional initiatives in a regional environment.
