Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior management, directors, and board committees on governance-related matters, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance obligations.
• Oversee a portfolio of entities, ensuring timely execution of corporate secretarial duties and adherence to applicable statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements.
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of policies, procedures, templates, and governance frameworks to strengthen efficiency and align with evolving regulatory expectations.
• Ensure governance documents, board papers, resolutions, and corporate disclosures are accurate, compliant, and aligned with established governance standards.
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members on complex governance matters, corporate actions, and compliance issues while fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, regulators, and external advisers, while supporting governance initiatives, director development programmes, and departmental transformation efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Accountancy or related discipline
• At least 10 years of Corporate Secretariat experience.
• Experience in SGX-Listed organisation
