Role Purpose
The AVP – Corporate Sales will lead Janitri's corporate and institutional sales strategy, driving adoption of maternal healthcare devices across hospitals, government programs, and large healthcare networks. This role combines strategic leadership, relationship management, and business development to scale Janitri's impact in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Define and execute corporate sales plans aligned with Janitri's growth objectives.
- Institutional Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with hospitals, healthcare chains, government bodies, and NGOs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets through corporate accounts, tenders, and strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of regional sales managers and associates.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and clinical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations with corporate clients and institutional buyers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-15 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Proven track record of institutional sales and government tender management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Exposure to international healthcare markets is an advantage.
