Executive Summary

As the Connected Intelligence (Data Engineering and Analytics) Delivery Lead, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of AI, Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics projects across various industry segments Communications, Media, Technology, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing and Travel sectors. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution to shape client agendas, enhance program performance, and ensure high-quality project outcomes. You will manage resources, oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processes. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing strong client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and mentoring a high-performing team. ROLE SUMMARYAND OVERVIEW

The Connected Intelligence Delivery Lead is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex data engineering, analytics and AI projects across various industry segments Communications, Media, Technology, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing and Travel.

This position needs extensive experience as a Data Engineer/Data Architect.

LOCATION: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

You will manage resources, oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Delivery Leadership

• Program Planning & Execution: Oversee planning and execution for a portfolio of projects, enabling Project Leads to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Performance Management: Shape client agendas, manage project roadmaps, and adapt to changes in scope and new opportunities.
• Resource Management: Ensure the appropriate deployment and management of onshore and offshore resources.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project scope and budget, ensuring a balanced onshore/offshore mix and team composition.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks across the project portfolio, ensuring remedial actions are in place.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global best practices and methodologies for delivery.

Strategic Delivery Assurance

• Project Oversight: Ensure timely completion of AI and data projects within scope and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality across all projects.
• Compliance & Governance: Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Customer Engagement

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in key sectors such as healthcare, financial services, and government.

• Needs Assessment: Understand and translate client needs into effective AI and data solutions.

Team Building and Mentoring

• Recruitment Support: Assist in identifying gaps, interviewing, and developing job descriptions.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and support skill development within the team.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align AI and data initiatives.
• Communication: Report project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Pre-Sales and Sales Support

• Proposal Support: Assist with proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Client Needs Assessment: Tailor delivery to meet specific client needs.
• Demonstrations: Present capabilities and solutions to clients.

Brand and Knowledge Promotion

• Industry Participation: Engage in conferences and webinars, publish articles, and enhance the firm's brand in AI and data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields required.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields preferred.

Experience: 16 years+

• Data Architecture and Analytics: Extensive experience in data architecture, analytics, or a similar field, with a track record of implementing complex data solutions.

• Technology Opportunities: Entrepreneurial spirit with a flair for spotting and exploiting new technology opportunities.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, overseeing complex data initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of hyper-scaler platforms, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Travel Requirements: Previous work experience in India and other markets with a willingness to travel as required to meet strategic goals.
