Job Description

  • Originate and close luxury and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Build deep relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and wealth managers.
  • Expand networks via private bankers, investment advisors, and global investors.
  • Lead investor events, campaigns, and roadshows to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage endtoend deal cycles including structuring, negotiation, and closure.
  • Provide insights on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the brand at exclusive forums to strengthen market positioning.
  • Align sales strategy with changing investor needs and macro trends.

The Successful Applicant

  • A polished sales leader with 10-15 years experience closing highvalue real estate or wealthdriven transactions with HNIs/UHNIs.
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, strong networks, and the ability to operate in a highperformance, targetdriven environment.
