Overview:
We are inviting applications for a senior leadership role in Transitions & Digital Transformation within the Consumer / CPG / FMCG (CNH) domain.
This role is designed for a seasoned Transition Leader who can drive complex transformation programs, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes while building future-ready capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Transition, Transformation & Digital programs for strategic deals.
- Engage with CXO / CXO-1 stakeholders to understand business priorities and shape transformation opportunities.
- Own revenue, AOI impact, financial strategy, SLA adherence and benefit realization during transitions.
- Drive digital adoption and intelligent operations from Day 1.
- Lead governance, risk management, compliance and stakeholder communication ensuring a zero surprise environment.
- Mentor and develop teams on future transition and transformation capabilities.
- Contribute to hunting and mining pursuits, solutioning and client engagement strategies.
- Bring strong thought leadership, executive presence, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong Digital Transformation & Transition leadership experience.
- Mature executive presence with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Domain understanding across F&A / FP&A / SCM.
- Exposure to multi-functional transitions, consulting engagements, and change management.
- Proven P&L ownership ($3M across multiple projects).
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in selling transformation solutions.
- CPG / CNH market experience is critical.
- Candidates at Senior Manager level must be ready to operate at AVP maturity.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification.
- Strong project management expertise and tools exposure.
- Consulting Experience With End-to-end Transformation Delivery Preferred.
