Job Description Role: Client Engagement Manager (Banking/Financial Services)

Location: Bengaluru & Gurgaon

Who are we looking for

• A senior professional who has excellent client relationship management skills and delivery/account management experience in the BFS domain

• The individual should be a Self-Starter with ability to grow the Account

• The Individual should be passionate about technology besides conceptualizing newer delivery models to meet client needs

Qualification:

• 20+ years of industry experience, with hands on delivery/ account management skills in BFS domain

• Experience in delivering modernization programs with agile exposure

• Excellent communication, Client management skills Primary Responsibilities:

• Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems

• Working alongside the delivery team and be able to map organisation's services that are of relevance to solve client's business needs

• Work closely with the Sales Leaders to Grow the Account Skill Set Required:

• Should have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships

• Should have the drive to grow the account profitably
