Hiring AVP / Sr. AVP – City Head & Corporate Strategy for a fast-growing fintech and wealth tech

startup.

Backed by an entrepreneurial leadership team and a high-growth vision, the company is expanding aggressively across cities through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and multi-channel business models.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Senior AVP/AVP – City Head & Corporate Strategy

• Location: Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise acquisition by onboarding large corporate accounts and building strategic partnerships with HRMS/payroll platforms to scale employee financial wellness solutions.

• Engage with CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, and senior stakeholders to position the platform as a key employee benefit and financial planning ecosystem.

• Own complete city P&L responsibilities while leading multi-channel business functions across Corporate Sales, Aggregator Partnerships, and Activation teams.

• Develop and execute city-level GTM strategies, drive regional business growth, and optimize profitability metrics including CAC, LTV, and revenue targets.

• Build and manage high-value partner ecosystems including Wealth Managers, Financial Advisors, and Chartered Accountants to strengthen indirect distribution channels.

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to drive execution, activation campaigns, and scalable business expansion.

Candidate requirements:

•12–15+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Corporate Relations, Enterprise Sales, or Regional Business Management.

•Strong background in FinTech, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, HR-Tech, or SaaS ecosystems.

•Proven experience in enterprise hunting and strategic partnership development.

•Strong network with CHROs, CXOs, HR leaders, and corporate decision-makers.

•Experience managing P&L responsibilities and regional business ownership.

•Strong leadership experience managing multi-layered teams.

•Ability to work in high-growth startup environments with strong ownership mindset.

•MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
