Job Description

Strategic business finance leadership role in a scaled consumer tech platform
Partner closely with CXOs in a high-growth, Series‑funded organisation

Job Description

Act as the primary business finance partner to senior business and functional leaders
Lead organisation-wide cost optimisation initiatives aimed at overhead reduction across multiple charters
Drive financial discipline through structured cost control programs with a clear path to EBITDA profitability
Own revenue and margin forecasting for the e‑commerce business, working closely with sales and delivery teams
Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models
Evaluate growth initiatives, unit economics, and capital allocation decisions
Establish robust performance dashboards, governance frameworks, and review cadences
Support CXO-level discussions, board reviews, and enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of post-qualification experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) - first attempt rank holders strongly preferred
MBA from a Tier‑1 institute (IIM A/B/C strongly preferred)
Prior experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain (MBB) or Kearney
