Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve organizational and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the government sector.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve performance targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and project execution.
Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Support proposal development, negotiations, and contract discussions where required.
Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with organizational objectives.
Drive long-term growth through structured government engagement strategies.
