Qualification: BSC IT or BMS with MBA in Sales/Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full time and Work from Office

Experience: 8 - 11 years in Software Sales only with 4+ years relevant experience in Lending Software Sales

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Achieve targets as planned
  • Work closely with CSO to consistently perform and achieve target every quarter
  • Execute different proactive strategies for lead qualification and nurturing via calls / field visits / meetings /emails/LinkedIn / quality / negotiate & close
  • Responsible to give demos and presentations when needed
  • Get prospects closer to negotiation to close the deal
  • Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement
  • New sales strategy - Create and implement
  • Responsible for sales reviews weekly / monthly & quarterly via Zoho Sales CRM
  • Make sure payments are received from clients onboarded
  • Will need to attend exhibitions / summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions.
  • Use Zoho Sales CRM for updating daily activities as per company policies
  • Do Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
  • Travelling & meeting prospects and leads regularly to move them close to closure
  • Team management for targets, payments, recruitment, incentives & mentor them
