Roles And Responsibilities
- Achieve targets as planned
- Work closely with CSO to consistently perform and achieve target every quarter
- Execute different proactive strategies for lead qualification and nurturing via calls / field visits / meetings /emails/LinkedIn / quality / negotiate & close
- Responsible to give demos and presentations when needed
- Get prospects closer to negotiation to close the deal
- Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement
- New sales strategy - Create and implement
- Responsible for sales reviews weekly / monthly & quarterly via Zoho Sales CRM
- Make sure payments are received from clients onboarded
- Will need to attend exhibitions / summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions.
- Use Zoho Sales CRM for updating daily activities as per company policies
- Do Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
- Travelling & meeting prospects and leads regularly to move them close to closure
- Team management for targets, payments, recruitment, incentives & mentor them
