Role Description:
We're looking for a AVP Business to own revenue growth end-to-end. This role is about building pipelines, closing high-value deals, forming strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue systems not just chasing leads.
You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, and delivery teams to turn conversations into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business revenue targets across key verticals
- Build a predictable sales pipeline (inbound + outbound + partnerships)
- Lead enterprise, brand, and strategic deal closures
- Identify new markets, offerings, and monetization opportunities
- Design and execute go-to-market and sales strategies
- Create pitch decks, proposals, pricing frameworks, and negotiation playbooks
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and close multi-month retainers & projects
- Build strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, and agencies.
- Open doors through ecosystem relationships and long-term collaborations
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences
- Hire, mentor, and scale the business development team
What We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years in business development / sales leadership
- Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B deals
- Strong network in brands, startups, media, tech, or agencies
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills
