Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the AVP and ASM - Equipment Finance, based in Chennai. The candidate will oversee equipment finance operations, manage customer portfolios, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include financial analysis, structuring finance solutions, credit evaluations, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves driving business growth within the department while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and market trends.
• Experience in Finance and Financial Services with knowledge of equipment finance and credit evaluation.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools is a plus.
• MBA in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Proven track record in equipment finance or relevant experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
