Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an AVP & Lead - Projects at Chili's Grill & Bar India. The role involves end-to-end management of restaurant construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, monitoring project timelines, and managing vendor relationships. The role requires oversight of quality, cost, and timely delivery of restaurant projects while ensuring they align with the brand's guidelines and vision.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects.
• Strong team collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, quality assurance, and adherence to industry best practices in construction projects.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of projects.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or a related field is required; relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience: 25+ years (from Restaurants/Retail background)

Salary Scale: 60 to 70 lacs per annum
