Job Role: Avionics FMS Test Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end system testing and validation of Flight Management Systems (FMS) and related avionics systems
- Conduct detailed flight test data analysis to evaluate system behavior, performance, and anomalies
- Validate avionics functionalities including navigation, communication, and flight control systems
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test procedures, and validation scenarios
- Analyze system logs, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ensure compliance with DO-178B/C aviation software safety standards and quality processes
- Collaborate with development, integration, and hardware teams for issue resolution
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and system acceptance testing (SAT) activities
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for certification and audits
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in avionics system testing or validation
- Strong hands-on experience in Flight Test Analysis
- Deep understanding of Flight Management Systems (FMS)
- Experience in avionics subsystems such as navigation and communication
- Familiarity with aerospace safety-critical development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
