Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Delhi, India. As a Real Estate Specialist, your responsibilities will include overseeing property transactions, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, and coordinating with clients, legal teams, and internal departments for effective communication. You will also focus on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining property value, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency through regular property evaluations and market assessments.

• Comprehensive understanding of real estate operations and property management
• Proficiency in effective communication and strong customer service skills
• Knowledge and experience in property documentation, compliance, and transaction processes
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant certification)
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulatory requirements, and market trends
